We offer free delivery* to

·         Bulgaria for orders over 70 BGN

·         Romania, Greece, Poland, Slovakia and Croatia for orders over 75 EUR

·         Hungary for orders over 48 000 HUF

·         London and Manchester for orders over 100 GBP

Delivery time

·         Bulgaria - 2 business days

·         Greece and Romania – 3 business days

        Slovakia and Poland - 7 business days

        London and Manchester - 10 business days

These conditions are not applicable for customized products or payment by bank transfer.

*Does not apply for heavy products such as stones, cat litter and sands or products with especially big volume such as wood bedding and very remote places (far from big cities).

Order pick-up from our store

You can pick-up your order directly from our showroom in Sofia and benefit from a 5% additional discount.

Terms

Orders placed during holidays or after 13:00 are processed on the next working day.

Minimum order amount - 15 BGN

All orders are delivered by a courier or an employee of our firm to the address or courier office indicated by you. Prior to sending orders, we get in touch with clients to clarify details regarding orders and delivery.

We are not responsible for any failure to process or deliver orders due to incorrect information provided by you such as personal data, address or phone number.

We reserve the right to change the delivery terms in the event of unforeseen circumstances but we will always inform you about any delays.

In case, you decide to order a product not listed on our website, the delivery conditions need to be agreed separately.

Orders are delivered against a signature. Larger shipments transported by courier are delivered to the entrance of the building.

You are obliged to check the goods at the time of delivery and to notify the courier immediately if there are any discrepancies, missing parts/products or damages. If you do not do so, it means that the delivery was received without any problems and any future claims will be disregarded.
